Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities)
Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Flat shipping rate: PKR 200 nationwide.
Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order online anytime.

Delays

Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before confirming your order.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
